Refund and Returns Policy

Given the nature of our API-based digital service platform, all transactions are considered final once the API delivery confirmation is received.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Because digital currencies (UC, coins, tokens) are credited instantly to your game account, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order is processed.
  • Exceptions: A refund request will only be considered if our API fails to deliver the purchased items due to a system error on our end, provided this is reported to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Dispute Resolution: If you encounter an issue, please contact our support team with your transaction ID and Game UID. We are dedicated to resolving technical delivery issues as quickly as possible.
